The LCS Strategic Plan

During 2019-20 the staff, students and parents of Lincoln Community School engaged in a year long process of consultation and collaboration, resulting in the creation of a new school mission, vision and values. Towards the end of that school year, the world turned its attention to the COVID 19 pandemic and the life of the school was focused on the provision of high quality learning during this challenging time.

In 2021-22 it was time to revisit the goals that had been set during the revisioning time. Original projects were reviewed and new ones established. During 2022-23, the school’s leadership team and Board have spent countless hours establishing what will be our future direction. We are proud to offer to our community and prospective families, a strategic plan for the school from 2023-2026.
